Features

Features are what your plans promise, and the rows of the comparison table your customers read.

What this screen is

Features are grouped into feature sets. A product is attached to one set, and each of its plans gives its own value for every feature in that set.

The fields

• Feature set: the group, and the product that uses it.
• Feature: one row of the comparison table.
• Kind: yes or no, a number, or text.

Before you delete

Deleting a feature set deletes every feature inside it, and pulls those rows from the comparison tables your customers see. The screen lists what will go before you confirm, so read it: deletion is permanent.

If something goes wrong

• A feature is not showing on a plan: the plan needs a value for it. An empty value shows nothing.
