Connect a Zid store
Connecting a Zid store is three steps, and the order matters.
The steps
Section titled “The steps”- Install the app from your Zid store. This is what creates the connection; there is nothing to enter here.
- Sync the catalog from Zid integration with Sync Now. Your Zid products appear in Zid products.
- Link each product to a plan you created in the catalog. A product that is not linked is not sold as a subscription.
What syncing does and does not do
Section titled “What syncing does and does not do”Syncing pulls Zid’s data in. We read from Zid and never write back to it, so changes travel one way.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- Status says not connected: the app is not installed in your Zid store yet.
- A product is missing: sync again.
- You linked a product but subscriptions are not created: check the plan you linked to has an active price. Linking to an unsellable plan leaves the product visible but broken.
