What this screen is
Section titled “What this screen is”Manage the questions and answers shown to your customers. You attach questions to a product and set their order.
The fields
Section titled “The fields”- Question and answer.
- Scope: the product the question appears on.
- Order: its position in the list.
Three levels of questions
Section titled “Three levels of questions”- General: from this screen, shown across your store.
- Product questions: from product settings, shown beneath that product’s plans only.
- Plan questions: from the plan page, specific to one plan.
What happens after you save
Section titled “What happens after you save”The question appears to your customers within its scope immediately.
