Renewal reminders
Reminding a customer before you charge them reduces surprises and cancellations. This is where you set when and how.
What this screen is
Section titled “What this screen is”Your reminders. Each one is sent to the customer a number of days before their renewal date.
The fields
Section titled “The fields”- Reminder name.
- Days before renewal: how many days ahead it goes out. You can create several reminders at different distances.
What happens after you save
Section titled “What happens after you save”The reminder becomes active, and customers receive it the set number of days before renewing.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- A customer is not receiving the reminder: check the number of days is one or more, and that the reminder is enabled.
