Zid subscriptions

Track the subscriptions created through your Zid store.

What this screen is

Section titled “What this screen is”

The subscriptions created through your Zid store. You search by customer, id, or Zid order number.

The fields

Section titled “The fields”
  • Customer, plan and the linked Zid order.
  • Status: the subscription’s state as it comes from your store, such as active, paused or ended. Filter by it from the list above the table.

If something goes wrong

Section titled “If something goes wrong”
  • A subscription is missing: check the Zid order contains a product that has subscriptions enabled and is linked to a plan.
