Upgrade offers

Upgrade offers encourage existing customers to move to a higher plan, growing revenue from customers you already have.

What this screen is

Your upgrade campaigns. Each campaign moves a customer from one plan to the higher plans you target.

The fields

• From plan: the plan the customer is on today.
• Targets: the plan or plans you offer them.

You can pause a campaign and resume it, or duplicate it to make a similar one.

What happens after you save

The campaign becomes active and is shown to customers on the source plan. Active campaigns appear at the top of the list.

If something goes wrong

• A campaign is not showing to a customer: check they are subscribed to the source plan and that the campaign is active rather than paused.
