Section titled “Coming soon”Payment-retry tracking is deferred to the payments rebuild. When it ships, this screen will show every attempt to re-collect a subscription: when it ran, through which provider, and its result and reason.
What to do until then
Section titled “What to do until then”The retrying itself works; what is missing is the screen that logs it.
- A subscription whose payment fails appears in the failed payments tab in Subscriptions, carrying an alert with the current attempt number.
- The number of attempts and their spacing are set in your dunning campaigns.
- Orders that were never created as a result are in Failed Orders.
